And you missed, or ignored, my point. Pointing fingers at specific racial groups and insulting people who, by accident of birth are members of those groups, is what you are normally fighting against. Yet, you did exactly that in your title.

I went back and re-read your article. I found it balanced and on target. Too bad your title ruined its impact.

I stand by my title. The way Americans think is influenced by the Antebellum slave owners. We all think that way whether we acknowledge it or not. If the title was enough to get you to read the article twice, then it's a perfect title.
